职位描述
职责描述：
1、负责总经理日常行程安排，包括会议、活动、接待等（本岗位不会有应酬和出差的情况）；
2、负责总经理会议的组织安排，做好会议资料准备，并跟进会议决议的落实执行情况；
3、公司大型会议及活动筹备工作，包括现场布置、材料统筹、流程组织等；
4、与内外部单位、政府相关部门保持良好沟通与联系；
5、完成总经理交办的其他工作，处理好日常事务。
任职要求：
1、本科学历，英语六级以上，英语、工商管理、金融等专业，形象良好；
2、有政府部门工作经验，担任过企业高管秘书工作、英语专业八级等优先考虑；
3、公文撰写能力强，擅长各类文件的草拟，会使用和制作PPT等会议资料；
4、踏实，谨慎，有保密意识，职业化程度高，具备出色的责任心和自驱力；
5、具备良好的文化修养，举止得体，具有较强的领悟能力、公共关系管理能力；
